As an admin, you can control if you want the vendors to avail the facility of ledger book. Incase admin wants to restrict vendors from availing ledger book feature they can turn OFF the capability from here: WCFM Admin dashboard -> Capability-> Ledger BookÂ
Vendors can check the ledger book of their store from here: Goto WCFM Vendor Store -> Ledger Book option.
They can see the type, details, date and amount of transaction from list of transactions as shown here:
Vendors can sort the transaction list based on the type and status of the transaction as shown below:
Additionally, vendors can see total earnings, withdrawal and refund at a glance on top of the ledger book as shown here:
WCFM gives the vendors of the store a classified and summarized debits and credits statements ( primarily known as ledger in accounting language).
With this easy interface, a vendor can quickly have a glance through all the transactions made such as refund, commission, withdrawal, charges etc.
Note: This feature is available in WCFM Marketplace which is free plugin based on WooCommerce.
